Not vanity volume.
Native mailbox warmup, automatic rotation, reputation monitoring, and fail-safes built into the worker. Your domains stay clean, your emails keep landing.
Capabilities
Every lever that protects your sender reputation.
Native warmup
White-labeled Mailivery integration warms every mailbox gradually — human-like send/receive patterns that build real sender reputation.
Mailbox rotation
Link multiple Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP mailboxes to one Stalk. Beanstalks rotates across them automatically, respecting per-mailbox daily caps.
Reputation monitoring
Continuous tracking of open rates, bounce rates, and complaint rates per mailbox. Early warning if a domain starts to trend wrong.
Auto daily reset
Daily send counters reset at midnight in the campaign's timezone. Worker handles state persistence, no manual resets required.
Auto-pause on trend break
If a mailbox's bounce or complaint rate spikes, Beanstalks pauses it automatically and alerts you. Your reputation is protected before it's lost.

Mailivery warmup · realistic reply patterns
Warmup, done right
A new domain that sends 500 cold emails on day one is dead.
Every mailbox linked to Beanstalks runs through white-labeled Mailivery warmup: realistic send-and-reply patterns with other warmup participants, graduated volume ramps, and reputation scoring. By the time you send cold outreach, your sender reputation is already earned.
- 5-week automated ramp from 5/day to your daily_limit
- Realistic reply-and-mark-as-important patterns
- Per-mailbox warmup_day tracking
- Pause warmup automatically once you have enough history

Rotation logic
One Stalk. Many mailboxes. Zero overlap.
Attach 3, 5, or 10 mailboxes to a single Stalk. Beanstalks rotates across them using round-robin with capacity awareness — the mailbox with the most remaining daily budget sends next. Hit a daily cap, that mailbox sits out until tomorrow.
- Round-robin with capacity-weighted rotation
- Per-mailbox daily caps (default 50, configurable)
- Per-Stalk daily caps (prevents one Stalk eating all capacity)
- Idle-mailbox detection so new mailboxes get ramped in smoothly

Fail-safes
The send worker protects you from yourself.
Beanstalks send worker has aggressive fail-safes built in: crash recovery, timezone-aware rescheduling, circuit breakers on consecutive failures, and automatic reauth flagging. A process restart or a Render cold-start never leaves emails stuck.
- Orphan recovery: any row stuck in sending >10 min resets automatically
- Timezone-aware reschedule (proper tz math, not server-UTC hacks)
- Auth-error detection with automatic mailbox reauth flag
- Circuit breaker: 5 consecutive failures pause the worker and alert you
